Air Fryer Banana Bread
 

Ingredients:

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed

- ⅓ cup melted butter

- ½ cup sugar

- 1 large egg, beaten

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- A pinch of salt

- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

- Optional: ½ cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips

 Instructions:

1. Prepare the Pan:

   - Grease a small loaf pan or line it with parchment paper. Ensure the pan fits inside your air fryer basket.

2.Mix the Wet Ingredients:

   - In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas with the melted butter until well combined.

   - Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. 

3.Add the Dry Ingredients:

   - Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the banana mixture, then gently mix in the flour until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

   - If using nuts or chocolate chips, fold them into the batter.

4.Transfer to the Pan:

   - Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.

5.Air Fry the Banana Bread:

   - Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for a couple of minutes.

   - Place the loaf pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 30-35 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center; it should come out clean or with a few moist crumbs.

   - If the top starts to brown too quickly, cover it loosely with aluminum foil and continue baking.

6.Cool and Serve:

   - Once done, remove the banana bread from the air fryer and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

   - Transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
