Instructions:
1. Prepare the Pan:
- Grease a small loaf pan or line it with parchment paper. Ensure the pan fits inside your air fryer basket.
2.Mix the Wet Ingredients:
- In a large bowl,
mix the mashed bananas with the melted butter until well combined.
- Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
3.Add the Dry Ingredients:
- Sprinkle the
baking soda and salt over the banana mixture, then gently mix in the flour
until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

5.Air Fry the Banana Bread:

- Place the loaf
pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 30-35 minutes. Check for doneness by
inserting a toothpick into the center; it should come out clean or with a few
moist crumbs.
- If the top starts to brown too quickly, cover it loosely with aluminum foil and continue baking.
6.Cool and Serve:
- Once done, remove
the banana bread from the air fryer and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
- Transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
