Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaves
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line it with muffin liners.
- Mix together ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, minced garlic, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into individual meatloaves and place them into the prepared muffin tin.
- Top each meatloaf with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the meatloaves are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Let them cool slightly before serving. Optionally, garnish with additional grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil before serving.
